01Delete your data
Ask us to delete your data
We delete your details from our outreach lists, lead records, email and WhatsApp conversations, and confirm by reply within 30 days. This covers data from our website, email, WhatsApp and any Meta app we use to talk to you.
Two things we keep, and why:
- Invoices and payment records, for as long as Indian tax law requires.
- Your email address on our do-not-contact list, so we never email you again. Ask and we'll remove that too, but then we can't guarantee you won't be contacted in a future campaign.
If we already passed your details to an agency client, we tell them about your request. From that point they handle their own copy.
02Stop our outreach emails
Reply “stop” or “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or email asif@globaldigitalprojects.com. We add you to our do-not-contact list promptly, and within 10 business days at the latest. A stop covers every client we work for, for good.
03Stop WhatsApp messages
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us and we won't send further marketing messages. You'll still get replies to questions you ask us.
04Do not sell or share my personal information
Opt out of sale or sharing
We don't sell data about visitors to this website or our clients. Passing an interested business's details to an agency for a fee can count as a “sale” under some US state laws, which is why this option exists. You don't need an account, and you can use an authorised agent. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honoured automatically on this site.
05See or correct your data
Email asif@globaldigitalprojects.com and say what you'd like: a copy of what we hold, who we shared it with, or a correction. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.
07Raise a complaint
Write to our grievance officer, Mohd Asif, at asif@globaldigitalprojects.com or call +91 6396 535 600. We resolve complaints within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, your EU data protection authority, or your US state attorney general. Details are in the privacy policy.
08If you're a client
Everything above applies to you too. For changes to an order, invoices or deliveries, use sales@globaldigitalprojects.com instead, so it reaches the right inbox.
