Delivery policy

Leads: local businesses that replied to our outreach with interest, each one exclusive to you. Each comes with the contact's name, business email, phone number where available, source, country and their reply. We don't sell or ship physical products.

By email, to the address or addresses you give us, as a spreadsheet attached to a dated email such as “10 SEO Lead (19-Aug-2026)”. Tell us if more people on your team should receive batches.

Your first replies usually arrive within 48 hours of agreeing your ideal client profile. After that, batches follow the rhythm set in your order, anything from one batch a week to several.

Volume depends on how many businesses reply, so it can vary week to week. If the pace drops below what your order expects, we tell you rather than let it slide.

We email businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. You can be based anywhere; delivery works the same way.

None. The price per lead in your order is all you pay for delivery.

A batch is delivered when it is sent to the email address in your order. Every batch is dated, so both of us keep a record of what was sent and when.
